When will site be fixed?

Nearly every year the same problem eith the Adblock. I don't understand where are the problems.
Also it looks like, that all updates out of american area won't be added. (Replied several times)
Please wake up!
I think ancensored is a very nice/helpful site, but please pay more attention about functional side.
